DHILLONCO Hotel Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead sales efforts at our select-service hotel in San Ramon, California.
We are looking for a dynamic hospitality sales professional with strong knowledge of the East Bay market, established corporate relationships, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through corporate negotiated accounts, group business, and extended-stay opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who thrives on developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate negotiated accounts, group business, and extended-stay
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
